My first impression going to Smiles By Design was that I was very impressed by the professionalism, but also by the genuine kindness from the whole staff. I went to my second visit this morning. This was getting into some fairly major work, for me at least. In my opinion Dr. Kaur is a perfect blend of a highly skilled DDS, and a gentle touch. Without a doubt, my best experience ever when getting this kind of necessary work done. Smiles By Design was recommended to me, and I will definitely recommend every chance I get.

In calling who I thought was my sister's dentist, I called this AMAZING office instead - truly a "meant to be" experience. When I say I'm afraid of the dentist, I mean I'm afraid of the dentist. Absolutely no need to be with Dr. Kaur. As soon as I met her, I knew it was going to be ok. She is very thorough, gentle and explains everything. After one visit, I've already referred my mother to her and wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone else Last but definitely not least is Kerrie, the receptionist. What a doll - friendly and efficient - she is very easy to talk with and extremely helpful - she helped put me at prior to meeting Dr. Kaur.

Smiles by Design was a God send for me! I have never had such a good experience with dental work as I did here. Katrina is one of the kindest and gifted dental assistants I have ever come across. She runs that office with efficacy and knowledge above and beyond. Dr. Kaur is a very warm person who makes you feel right at home and when it came to numbing I never felt any pain. So grateful to have been referred to this office
